Birthday Fun

I met with spinning friends yesterday. It was way too cold to spin outside so we went to my friend Debbie's house. We missed Amy's Birthday last week so we decided to take her out to lunch. We headed to Jalisco's for some good Mexican food. You never know what will happen at a restuarant. They brought her dessert, the hat and took a polaroid of her. What fun!

Here is my friend Debbie, putting our pics in her cell.

I went to the Doc's and am going to have a steroid shot next Friday to help reduce the inflamation in my back. I go back to physical therapy on Monday. I am going to do the least evasive route. I do not want surgery so this is the first step on that journey.

Its gotten cool and we had thunder storms this morning and Flynn was going nuts. In addition to barking his fool head off, I caught him peeing on the floor. He gets so scared it is becoming annoying.

I decide that after reading a section in Knitting Rules that its time I organized my knitting patterns again. I have a slew of things I copied off the internet that are in all sorts of places. Plus patterns I have bought on the net. I think it will be nice to find things again. Well I am off to search high and low for all those patterns. Maybe I will be able to work in some knitting time too! Posted by Picasa

Looks like you had lots of fun.

I hope the steroid shots and the therapy fix you right up. It was suggested a few years ago that I have surgery. I decided to go with a chiropractor instead and I'm so happy with that decision. At the time my foot had gone numb and I was basically dragging it. Now I'm fine.

Happy Knitting!
