This is a little video about the beginnings of a round robin book swap I am involved in. I am in this with 8 other women. I have to get my pages and cover finished and mailed by the 30th so in between doing Nanowrimo and everything else I try to squeeze some of this in. I am running out of time so I really need to get back to it. I tend to be a last minute type of gal. Its not that I work well under pressure I just don't know what I want to do so I keep putting it off. The theme of my book is Kindred Spirits which has turned out to be much harder than I thought.
I have my last write in scheduled for this afternoon, so Sarah and I will be going to it and then I have no plans. She goes back to school tomorrow. Its been way too short a visit. Luckily she'll be on Christmas break for a long time. Last year it was about 6 weeks. She has a job for that time period so that will be great for her.
We watched Amelie yesterday, what a fun quirky delightful movie. I really enjoyed it. We have Whale Rider to watch tonight. I have heard its pretty good too. Strangely enough I don't have much to say today so I will spare you any more rambling nonsense.

Kate, you are so brave to do a video. Loved the quote on that page about...in my friend....
Thanks for sharing
Hi Kate...glad you are enjoying Sarahs visit. My daughters and I loved Whale Rider! Have fun w/ your Round Robin!
:-)
Im glad Sarah was there to see you.
Kelisa's boss gave her a few hours off, so she showed up for TG dinner at Dan's folks.. It was wonderful.
Peace n light, Kai xx
So happy you had Sarah home for a bit, I know that brings great joy to you! I LOVE the movie Amelie and you will love Whale Rider!!
The round robin book sounds like fun...work...but fun!
Hope you had a great Turkey day!
XOXO
Jeepers, Kate, I wish I had sound on my computer. I will have to come back and watch this after my daughter comes home for Christmas and fixes my audio. It was still fun seeing what you are like "in person" and I look forward to seeing the book when it is finished.
I did your "7 Random Facts" but didn't tag anyone else. I love doing them but hate to ask other people.
I love "Amelie" too, and so does Kristen.

What a wonderful video! I always have loved the term "Kindred Spirts"! It makes me think of "Anne of Green Gables" because she used that alot. "Anne of Green Gables" is about Anne and how she became friends with Diana. Actually if I got into telling the story it has ALOT more meaning then that. I thought that is neat that your book will be about Kindred Spirits. :) I'm sooo glad that you are making video's now. I have NO idea how to do that but I've been trying for some time to find someone to help me with that. :) Anyway, Great post! :)
